This policy summarises how we handle your personal information when you visit u-tronix.com or contact us through our forms, email or phone. 2. Information we collect
- Forms: the name, company, email, phone, topic, message and optional files (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, PDF, etc.) you submit in the quote and contact forms.
- Direct contact: information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and timestamps, kept in server logs of the site's hosting for security and operation.
- Your cookie choice and theme preference (see the Cookie Policy).
- Online order system: our order system runs on a separate domain. Information you give when ordering is processed under the Distance Sales Agreement and the KVKK Privacy Notice.
3. How we use it
- To assess your quote, information and support requests and reply to you,
- To prepare PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly and component sourcing quotes and to carry out orders,
- To keep our forms and site secure and block abuse and automated submissions,
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights in legal claims,
- With your consent only, to measure site usage anonymously (we currently use no analytics cookies).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your information to third parties for marketing. We share it only as far as necessary with:
- Providers of email delivery, website hosting and form security (Google reCAPTCHA),
- Our manufacturing partner JLCPCB for producing your order: order files are sent only to carry out the order,
- Courier and logistics providers (the name, address and phone number needed for delivery),
- Public authorities where legally required.
5. Transfers abroad
Some of our service providers and our manufacturing partner are located abroad (e.g. the United States, China), so your information may be transferred outside Türkiye. Transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and related legislation.
6. Cookies and third-party content
By default the site only uses strictly necessary cookies; optional cookies depend on your consent. You can change your choices at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Third-party content loads only through your action: Google reCAPTCHA when you focus on a form field, YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) when you play the intro video, and Google Maps when the map on the contact page comes into view. These services are subject to their own privacy policies.
7. Retention
We keep your information for as long as the purpose requires and for statutory retention periods; afterwards we delete, destroy or anonymise it.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS; form submissions are validated on the server and protected against abuse. We limit access to those who need it. Please remember that no transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free.
9. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may request information about your data, correction, deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection are also respected. 10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
