1. Purpose of the Site and nature of the content
The Site informs visitors about our PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly (PCBA), component sourcing, engineering support and logistics services and collects quote requests. The information is general and does not constitute a binding offer or commitment.
Prices, lead times and technical capabilities are binding only as shown in a quote or in the online order system at order confirmation. Technical values and times on the Site are indicative and may vary with the project and production conditions.
2. Orders
Orders are placed through the online order system. They are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement you accept when ordering and the terms shown in the order system. These Terms of Use do not replace the order contract.
3. Intellectual property
Texts, designs, images, logos, trademarks and other content on the Site belong to Utronix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Names and logos of referenced organisations belong to their owners and are used to show their connection with Utronix.
4. User obligations
- Provide accurate, current and complete information in forms,
- Confirm that you own or may use the files you upload (Gerber, BOM, design files, etc.) and that they do not infringe third-party rights,
- Not use the Site unlawfully or against public morals or these terms; not upload malicious software or make automated access that disrupts or overloads the Site,
- Not attempt to bypass the Site's security measures or gain unauthorised access.
5. Third-party links and content
The Site may contain links and embedded content from third parties (e.g. YouTube, Google Maps, websites of referenced organisations). Utronix is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or force majeure. Subject to mandatory legal liability, Utronix cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, the Site.
7. Privacy and cookies
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice; the use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and the Site content without prior notice. The current version is published on this page; continuing to use the Site means you accept the current terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to these terms. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction; mandatory jurisdiction and application rules of consumer legislation remain reserved.
