Under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we inform you how the personal data you submit through the quote form on our website is processed. The Turkish version of this notice is the authoritative text.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process
- Identity and contact data: full name, company/institution, email address, phone number.
- Request data: the service you select, your message and any files you upload (Gerber, BOM, pick & place, PDF, images, etc.). Design and commercial information in your files is used only to prepare your quote.
- Security data: technical information evaluated by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse of the form (IP address, browser and device data, interaction data).
- Consent record: the date and version of this notice that you accepted.
3. Purposes of processing
- Evaluating your quote and information requests and replying by email or phone,
- Preparing PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly and component sourcing quotes at your request,
- Carrying out pre-contractual steps and managing customer relationships,
- Keeping the form and website secure and blocking automated or abusive submissions,
- Complying with legal obligations and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
4. Collection method and legal bases
Your data is collected automatically when you complete the quote form on our website.
Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-(f) (our legitimate interest in answering requests and securing the form) and Art. 5/2-(e) (necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right).
5. Transfers
To the extent necessary and limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with service providers for email delivery, website hosting and security verification (reCAPTCHA), and with public authorities where legally required.
Some of these providers are located abroad (e.g. the United States). Transfers abroad are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and related legislation.
Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights under KVKK Article 11
As a data subject you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction under Article 7 and have this notified to third parties that received the data,
- object to a result against you arising from exclusively automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send your request with information that verifies your identity to bilgi@u-tronix.com or in writing to the address above. We conclude requests within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
